The Problem

Facing an issue of a disorganized administration to support general affairs and also to support administration for each department. There is a lack of qualified human resources to fill up this position to keep the pieces together in place.

Solutions

General Administrator who will keep things organized in general affairs and later to help find a qualified candidate for an Admin Department to take care of each existing department or project.

Expected Impact

Finding a qualified candidate who can fit best to the BBB growing team and have long-term support to maintain their qualification and work performance throughout the year so BBB can grow and have a wider reach supporting communities by providing services to those suffering from mental health, disabilities, gender identity, and addiction issues.
